Kelley Meister (pronouns: ze/hir/hirs) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work has been shown around the country. Ze received an MFA from Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2008 and continues to live and work in Minneapolis. Kelley also works as a teaching artist in schools, libraries, museums/cultural production centers, and community centers throughout Minnesota with COMPAS and the Science Museum of Minnesota. Ze teaches animation, documentary and narrative filmmaking, photography, computer game design and coding, creative circuitry, printmaking, and other technology-infused arts. Hir teaching philosophy is rooted in inquiry, exploration, and process.
